At XSTO Wheelchair , we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. All wheelchairs purchased from us come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

1. What Is Covered

  • Structural components (frame, crossbars, armrests).
  • Mechanical parts (brakes, wheels, bearings).
  • Electrical parts on motorized wheelchairs (motors, controllers, batteries – coverage may vary by component).

2. What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, upholstery, cushions, paint).
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Alterations or modifications to the product.
  • Consumable parts and accessories.

3. Warranty Service

  • To make a claim, contact our Customer Service team at info@xstowheelchair.com with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
  • Our team may request photos, videos, or inspection of the product.
  • If approved, we will repair or replace the defective part or product at no cost. Shipping fees may apply.

4. Limitations

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • XSTO Wheelchair is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
  • Some states or countries do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

5. Additional Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or country.
